1. Return Eligibility
1.1 You must submit a return request within 7 business days of receiving the item (based on the delivery confirmation time);
1.2 The item must be in its original, unused condition with complete packaging, accessories, and labels (damage caused by product quality issues is excluded);
1.3 Returns are only accepted for product quality defects, wrong items, or missing items. For returns due to personal preferences (e.g., dislike, wrong model selection), you will be responsible for the return shipping fee.

2.2 Review & Confirmation: Our customer service team will respond with a review result within 2 business days. If approved, we will provide the return address;
2.3 Ship the Item Back: Please send the item back within 3 business days after receiving the return address, and mark your order number on the package;
2.4 Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item (and confirm it meets the return requirements), we will process the refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
3.1 The refund amount will be the actual payment amount of the item (excluding the original shipping fee; return shipping fees for quality-related issues will be refunded separately, and you need to provide a shipping fee receipt);
3.2 If you used coupons/discounts for the order, the refund will deduct the discount portion based on the actual payment ratio.
4.1 Items beyond the return request period;
4.2 Items that have been used, or with missing/damaged packaging/accessories (not caused by quality issues);
4.3 Customized or special-specification items (clearly stated as non-returnable before ordering).
