1. Introduction
HLK-LD2413 is a miniaturized high-precision liquid level and material level detection sensor from Hi-link. It combines the highly simplified 24GHz millimeter wave sensor HLK-LD2413 and high-precision liquid level detection intelligent algorithm firmware.
The sensor HLK-LD2413 adopts a compact design, which has excellent performance while maintaining an ultra small size. HLK-LD2413 is equipped with AIoT millimeter wave sensor chip, high-performance one transmitter one receiver microstrip antenna, MCU and peripheral auxiliary circuits. The intelligent algorithm firmware for high-precision liquid level and material level detection adopts FMCW waveform and advanced radar signal processing proprietary to the chip, achieving accurate detection of liquid and material height.
The detection range of HLK-LD2413 is 0.15m~10m, and the ranging accuracy is ± 3mm. The sensor is equipped with a visualization tool that allows for easy configuration of detection parameters such as data reporting cycles. In addition, this solution supports real-time reporting of detection results through UART interface, which is plug and play.
